Spring 2009 MEL inc. representative in Russia, head of UE center in Kazan Mr.Ildus Shaymardanov warns all acting UE centers in the Russian Federation that MEL brand and combined logo including 13 ray sun and Bronze Drum images is officially registered in the Russian patenting agency. Representatives of Belarus claim that the method itself is "industrial property of MEL".

07.10.2007 Dr. Theresa will be repeating her presentation for the students in Eastern European countries on October 14. Those willing to connect should have high-speed Internet and Skype installed on their computers. The number of audio-connections possible is not limited. 07.10.2007 45th World Congress of Integrative Medicine is to take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka on November 11-13, 2007. Dr.Theresa will receive an official title of Open University for Complementary Medicine Vice-President for International Relations on November the 11th.

07.10.2007 Dr.Trung posted a notice regarding www.mel-global.com based websites, videoconferences, Student booklets from Basic Level to Level 20 and Instructor booklet up to Level 15. Trung offers price decrease for seminars, if instructors conduct them in two days.

28.09.2007 On Sunday, 30.09.2007 at 15.00 Moscow time zone, Master Dang's helper - his widow Dr.Theresa Nguyen will share additional information, as traditional Vietnamese 49-day period of silence, morning and meditation after death of a close person is now over. The event will be broadcasted from Melbourne by means of Internet videoconference. I will be interpreting it live into Russian (and recording my interpretation to be put on the Internet). Other volunteers are working on organizing a re-broadcast to other cities. Details will be available after testing, which starts tomorrow, Saturday 29.09.2007, at 12.00 (midday) Moscow time zone.

25.09.2007 Worldwide UE students created an English-speaking newsgroup at yahoogroups.

12.08.2007 Master Dang suddenly left this world as a result of heart attack, at night before the last day of L19. This day is declared annual day of remembrance. Cremation took place on August 18th in Sprigvale, greater Melbourne, Australia.

18.04.2004 Master Dang has published in Melbourne a book, containing his biography and his view of school of Universal Energy. The book is published in English & Vietnamese. 
Main UE centers of the world would soon receive copies of the book. UE centers have received permission to translate the book and publish it in their countries.

12.04.2004 Master Dang has supported the initiative of Institute for Development of Latent Abilities (Australia) to gather and combine experience of UE practitioners. Students are invited to describe their experiences in random form, if possible - provide laboratory test results, and mail them until end of May 2004 to the Institute for Development of Latent Abilities. Materials are accepted in English. An approximate form - in English (ADOBE Acrobat Reader), in Russian (MS Word).

22.04.2003 UE centers of Kazan and Minsk have Russian translation of Level 5 seminar, conducted by the Master in 1996.

6.01.2003 With authorization of Master Dang, Italian SHY-center (Torino) prepared and duplicated for UE instructors a CD-R with 14 minute long recording of Level 7 seminar videoconference in MPEG format to familiarize UE students with the process of high level seminars & how Master Dang transfers energy during Level 3, 4, 5, 5.1 and 5.2 seminars.

1.01.2003 Color of SHY logo has changed. In a new logo, light blue (color of prosperity) replaced by dark blue (color of spirituality).
